With 18 years of professional experience across banking, education, and career mentoring, I bring a rare blend of corporate insight and academic expertise. My mission is simple: to empower parents like you to guide your children toward careers that align with their strengths, passions, and future opportunities.
My Journey
I began my career in the banking sector with ICICI Bank, Mahindra Finance, and IndusInd Bank, driving results through strategy and leadership. But my heart pulled me toward education and youth guidance. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with globally recognized schools like Oakridge International and Bangalore International School, and also served as Principal at Delhi Public Secondary School, mentoring both students and teachers. This transition allowed me to bridge the corporate and academic worlds, giving me a unique perspective on what today’s students need to succeed tomorrow.

My Story
From Banker to Career Clarity Coach & Parent Career Guide Mentor
For years, I wore the crisp shirts, managed accounts, balanced ledgers, and smiled at clients across the desk.
On the outside, I looked “successful” as a banker.
But inside, something was missing.
Every day felt like I was ticking boxes — handling transactions, chasing targets, closing deals — yet not really changing lives.
I remember asking myself:
👉 Is this all there is to my career?
👉 Am I truly making a difference?
The truth was painful:
I was good at my job, but I wasn’t fulfilled.
The numbers balanced, but my heart didn’t.
I realized I wasn’t in the right fit.
Banking gave me stability, but not meaning.
It gave me skills, but not purpose.
The turning point came when a young graduate walked into the bank one day, anxious about his future. He wasn’t just asking about a loan — he was asking about his life direction. I spent extra time guiding him, and his gratitude lit something inside me. That day, I discovered what I truly loved: helping people find clarity in their careers.
That moment grew into a calling.
I left the path of banking and stepped into coaching, equipping myself with tools, certifications, and the courage to start fresh.
